We already constructed a 9 inch thick wall of height 7feet and width 11.5 feet

We already constructed a 9 inch thick wall of height 7feet and width 11.5 feet over the slab of ground floor without any beam please refer to attachment and kindly suggest is it ok or need to do anything.
