Roof design for vegetable garden

I have my own 2 storey house (ground + 1st floor + terrace which has mangalore tile roofing). This house was constructed in 2004 on a 60 x 40 ft. site.Part of the terrace I had made a hall by having the top covered by mangalore tile roofing. That is around 600 sq. ft total. Now I want to remove the mangalore tile roofing and replace it by some roofing on which I can grow a vegetable garden.One opt.
