What type primer and paint should be used for concrete window and door frames?

painter suggests same oil primer and paint which is used for iron bars, but when product details recommends it only on metal surfaces. Painter says the cement primer if used will peel off easily. So, please suggest a good type and brand primer and paint for concrete window and door frames. .

What are the pros and cons of flush valve compared to flush tank for a wall mount closet?

I plant to fit flush valve instead of concealed flush tank for wall hung closet to save money and avoid the complexities of concealed flush tank. The plumber told me that flush valve will work fine even if the water tank is on ground floor roof  ie. approx 10 foot above floor level if we use separate 1.5 inch plumbing line from water tank to closets. Is it ok? Should we use separate line for each .

Used M15 (1:2:4) mix ratio with PPC cement for casting ground floor house roof slab

My contractor used M15 (1:2:4) mix ratio for casting the ground floor roof slab of thickness 5 inch. The total area is 1400 sqft and maximum room size is 14 x 14 feet. The contractor says there is no need for M20 since we used TATA TMT 10mm and 8mm with spacing 6 inch, and Ultratech PPC cement which gives the final strength almost equal to M20. Is it right? Do I need to worry about anything?.

As seen in the attached picture, the plan lists different area measurements under different titles. So, please suggest which area measurement should be used to calculate total cost based on per/sqft rate given by the contractor. .
