i have constructed under ground water tank with bricks walls & plaster with sand coarse & cement sallary two years ago, for last 4 month tank remained empty ,some days ago i had clean the tank when i notice a thin crack vertical on one wall of tank, please suggest how to repair this crack so that water does not leak.

I am extremly sorry, I have mention wrong dimentions of brick ,it is 7 inch in length, 3 inch in breath & 3 inch hight , I want to know the labour cost of constructing prapet wall on fist floor 7 inch width & 75 feet in lenght & 3.5 feet in hight with finish plaster on both side,
