If you want to spice up the decor of the boy's room, opt for solid furniture and simple layout to provide them maximum space for playing and running. Kids have their own tastes and color choice. so do an exercise to find their choice and apply the themes and colors accordingly. Themes like space, automobiles, favorite action figures and insect-like superheroes such as Spiderman are some of the most popular ones for the adventurous little boys.
Apply Creative Ideas for Boy's Child Room Decoration
- Use curtains, linens and bed sheets having features of spiders, bats and others if your child like the characters of Spiderman, batsman and so on.
- Utilize a cheap net fabric to make the web for Spider man wall hanging and hang it above their beds, dressers, light stand or study table.
- Use colors from the outfit of your boy's favorite superhero as guiding colors for their bedroom décor.
- Apply medium to lighter shades of blue grace on the walls and accents such as lamp shaped for the boys who love diving and swimming or under water aquatic animals.
- Use a glass bowl with one or two goldfish or an aquarium to add realistic touch to the theme of bedroom for bigger boys.
- Pick up jolly designs of chairs so that boys can enjoy using them.
- Paint the walls in medium to dark blue shades for the aspiring astronauts who love to live and sleep in the rooms transformed into outer space. Accents like star-shaped ceiling lights, sparkling silvery-moons, posters, and spaceships can be used.
- Draw a moving scene by painting wall ‘Mural’ for the boys who love automobiles and crave for cars. Small and cheap plastic toy cars can be attached to the walls, dressers and armoires.
- Paste any posters or paintings that show their love for sports as most of the boys are interested in sports such as cricket, tennis, football etc.
