Paykar Bonyan, a Production Plant Is an Attempt to Change Traditional Construction System

Arad architect designs a production plant, Paykar Boyan panel which spreads on 3700 sq. m. area in Iran. It is situated in industrial city for non-polluting factories, 35 kilometers away from Tehran. The official building with luxurious facilities and reception are connected to main building with a bridge. An additional building with 200 sq. m area has separate site.

The factory includes a prefabricated building system production plant with an office and ancillary building. The plant was aimed at to change traditional construction system into an industrial building system which could fulfill vast demand of construction in Iran.
