TVA Architects designs Park Avenue West, a 31-storey common office in the hub of Portland's business district. The $150 million dollar proposed building will be one of Oregon's tallest buildings, rising approximately 432 feet high. It will comprise 414,000 sq ft above grade, including 215,000 sq ft of Class A office space, three floors of retail, approximately 86 condo units and 328 underground parking spaces. The stylish apartment building will be located neighboring its landmark building, TVA-designed Fox Tower.

TVA Architects design Principal Robert L. Thompson, FAIA leads the project. Besides designing Park Avenue West and Fox Tower, TVA has also collaborated with Moyer for the design of Marilyn Moyer Meditation Chapel at Portland's Sanctuary of Sorrowful Mother. The architects are currently working on Park Block 5, an ambitious task led by TMT Development to replace surface parking a lot adjoining the Fox Tower with a six-level subterranean parking structure topped with a new public park.
