Shape of the PLOT

I bought a plot which is Pentagon in shape. Plot is facing N-E direction. While looking from the front,its back(S-W) dimension is 18 meters wide. Left side (S-E) is 30 meters long/depth. Right side(N-S) has two sides long one 23.92 meters and short one is 7.8 meters having more than 130 degree angle between the two lines. Front one is 14.5 meters. I want to know if this plot is worth amking house.
