 Topic: Cement Sheet Roof

I am constructing a 30' x 30' house and am planning to build a square hip roof using cement sheets.

What should be the total cost for creating the structure?

Details of the roof

The center of the hip roof is 9' from the wall edge. The wall is 12'. That is at the center of the house the roof would be at a height of 21' from the floor.

I am planning to use rectangular GI pipes as purlins and rafters .

       The cost can be calculated with the help of  specification, plan and design of the concerned portion.
