I am looking for a alternate material for my 800sq ft house ROOF- anything to be fitted in place of mangalore tiles/asbestos sheets. The material should be tough and heat/sound resistant and long life- reinforced fibre or composits, sandwitched sheets will do. |

The alternate roof materials in place of mangalore tiles/ asbestos sheets are Fiber cement roofing using synthetic fibers and cellulose or vegetable fibers, Extruded UPVC roofing sheets, micro concrete tile and plastic coated galvanized sheets.
