 Topic: Need information about airconditioning in my new Home: I am constructing a 2 sto
Need information about airconditioning in my new Home: I am constructing a 2 story home on a 250 Square Yard plot. It has around 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Would it make sense to use a centralized AC unit or would it make sense to use individual split or window ACs in the rooms? Please let me know the pros and cons of these!

Central air conditioner for a house having more than 2 rooms is good for cooling. Central air conditioning unit also provides long-term resale value and humidity control. On the other hand, if you want to cool only one or two rooms, you may consider window air conditioner. Central air conditioning unit, is located outside the home, it offers a lower level of indoor noise than a freestanding air conditioning unit.
