Dear Experts Team,I have 30*60feet east facing plot, i would like to construct basement + ground floor + first floor. Basement Open - No partition inside for personal activities Ground Floor - 2BK Unit with one attached Toilet and one common seperate for guest. rest all open space for car parking etc. First Floor - 3 BHK unit with Puja Room, store and utility room. Attached is housing plan but still not satisfied. Wind flow is from South West to east and there is already construction in west and north side. How do i maintain room ventilation and enough space - not very congested. also can stairs be put on south west corner outside Kitchen area. can i put 3 to 4 feet open gallery on south side. where i can put basement stairs. Plz suggest best vastu ideas to make sweet home. | | | | |
