|  Topic: Painting - Exterior and interior Walls
Hi
My plastering is almost done and I am planning to paint.
1. Do a coat of primer is required before patty on the interior walls. 2. My engineer says he can do primer or coat of white cement ( only one) before the painting of exterior walls. what is the best primer or coat of white cement for exterior walls before painting.
