 Topic: RENOVATION

Our ground floor house is more than 25 yrs old and first floor was constructed 6 years back. Both have separate access. I wish to connect both from inside also would like to renovate the ground floor. I feel it requires major structural change. Is it worth to do it? Or else demolish the complete house and re construct. Pls. advise

               You should contact any civil Engineer or structural Engineer, who will give proper advice after inspecting the structure of your house.
