Sir, this is bindu from b’lore. We are planning to construct a duplex house on a north facing 30’*55’ plot. We are a family of 4, (2 2 daughters). I have attached a few plans in this regard for your reference. Pls suggest an appropriate one with needed changes complying with vaastu. Also specify that if there a bedroom on the southwest corner of a duplex house is it necessary for the owner to reside in that room only or is it ok to stay in the first floor room which we plan to hv in line to our convenience.With regards,Bindu deshmukh.
