As sh Jai Prakash said the ratio of cement concrete in construction of roof should be 1:2:4. but now taking safety against Earth Quack the ratio of cement concrete in roof construction should be 1:1.5:3.

Join date: Jul 2014 | Dear for any RCC work the minimum concrete grade is M-20 ( 1:11/2:3) that is one part of cement, 1.5 parts of sand , 3 parts of corse aggregate. go by volume or weight ( 1-cement bag = 50 kg) take support of engineer. | | |
