Hi What are these items in ghar expert estimates

Bitumen
Brick Blast
Cement for Base Coarse
Cement Grey

I am having confusion.

        Bitumen in the estimate is taken for DPC and on roof terrace below earth and brick tiles in your language Tarcol.
Brick Ballast is broken bricks or broken brick bats used in foundation lean concrete and also under floor.
Cement for base coarse ;- base coarse is a layer of sand and lean cement concrete laid below ground floor FLOOR . In Engineering work we lay 4''  fine sand and 4'' cement concrete under floor at ground floor.
Cement grey is ordinary cement you use in building and white cement in some flooring.
