I am planning to construct a house at 600 sq.ft (30*20). I received a quote for construction of G+2 with RCC ratio at 1:4:6. Please update me if this fine to proceed with or request you to update me the optimal ratio to construct a G+2.

      Your query is not clear what type of information do you need.
   I under stand that you want to know the ratio of RCC
RCC ratio is 1:2:4 means 1cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 bazri
Other is  1:1.5:3 means 1cement,1.5 coarse sand and 3 is bazri.

Dear,
If you found quote for construction of G+2 with RCC ratio at 1:4:6. It is useless or you mistake to read your quote because the 1:4:6 ration has strength approx M10. Also minimum strength required as per latest code is M20 which is ratio 1:1.5:3 or some time 1:2:3,
