|  Topic: south face road site, but i want east face vasthu main door,total area south fa
south face road site, but i want east face vasthu main door,total area south face- east west 30 feet, south north 43.5 feet,total area 1308 sqf. my house i want kitchen,dinning,puja room, hall hometheter used size,2BH attaced toilet, car parking portico,outer tarase and toilet, full area compound, dont tuch compound in house. plese give me house plan and disgin. Thank you sir. |

Actually the requirement is more and area is less. It could be planned with vastu and small size rooms or you can sacrifice on number or rooms. All of the requirements could not be possible in the size you have.
You could plan for two floors if you want to construct as per the required number of rooms.
