Hi i was reading your post regarding vastu for servants. In my case they sleep in the south east corner of my flat but still when I hire a 24hr maid they create havoc in my house even after giving them complete freedom food and comfort. I also have tenporary ones which are still good. But almost a year back a 24hr maid left. She was with us for 3yrs. Since then am not able to hold back a 24 24hr maid. They just need comfort in my house but refuse to work. Can u help pls.

Join date: Sep 2017		I remember reading regarding servants issue w.r.t. retaining for them for a longer times. Here there are two considerations. 
1. When we have a separate room or house for servant, they should be in south-east to our house or apartment. 
2. When the servant resides inside the our house or apartment, we should treat them as a family member and make them to spend time during non-working hours towards west , if  some children reside in home, north side when no children reside in home. 
Statistical data show that servants worked for more years in these arrangements. 
Please remember , not to allow servants to freely go around in master bed room and pooja room as servants gain more power or attain more domination on actual hiring persons..
