Topic: Measuring the area for false ceiling

Hi! I have got my interior work done and my interior designer is charging the ceiling area at almost 60% over the actual area that is done. He says that this is market standard. Request if someone can confirm me if this indeed a market standard? Thanks in advance.

At the time of finalizing the rate of item than there is deal that such material is used and rate per sft done. More ever you should contact 2 or 3 interior designer of your city and ask rate for same type of material and mode of measurement than it will be clear.
