What should be the column and beam thickness for 22 feet wide room Ground + 3 floors

Hi,I want to know the size of the columns and beams for the following building.Also thickness of the steel rods, depth of the foundation. - Ground + 3 Floors - The size of the site is 30 Feet X 40 Feet. - Distance between the columns between [North to South - 22 Feet] - Distance between the columns [East to West 10 Feet]Thanks for your time..
