Steel rod size For column and Tie beam structure

Dear Mr. Gupta I am planning to construct my house G+2 on 1200sqft plot.Architact Suggested pillar size of 9x 9 inches and 15 Nos of pillars. Please suggest me steel rod size and nos.for pillars. Please Also suggest no of steel rods and size(Dia) for Tie beam. .
