Column Size suggested by structural engineer

Dear Sir,I am gonna construct a  commercial plot having size 35 *55..Now i am gonna construct basement ground and first floor though i want it to be designed for 5 floors like maybe in future,My structural engineer recommended 12*12 column size with  each column having 0.75 inch  6 steel  bars .do you think is it the right size for a column .total no of columns are 15 or 16.Also his designed footi.
