One bathroom provided with a tap |
|

One water-closet |
|
|
One sink either in the floor or raised from the floor with a tap. |
|
|
Where the only water closet is provided in a dwelling, the bath and water closet shall be separately accommodated.

Water closets shall generally be of the Indian squatting type. |
|
|
There shall be at least one water tap. |
|

There shall be arrangements for drainage in the neighborhood of each water closet or group of water closets in all buildings.

Due to this in first floor toilet we have found water leak from the closet (Indian) outlet of the sewer line pipe external surface and seepage. During construction drain outlet pipe arrangement is not made by civil contractor. Now we want to solve this problem. How can install the drain outlet pipe in the building and damp proofing without disturbing the occupants.We request you to provide suggestion, and installation procedure with drawing for drain outlet pipe. According your valuable suggestion, we can implement to install the drain outlet pipe. my house is located in trichy, tamilnadu. |
