After leaving 600 sft as the marginal area. The ramining area for construction is coming 1740.00sft.
Hence you can construct the house with two bed rooms and small parking space in the front, but you can have servant room of one room with small toilet only.
3' margin is very less for the sufficient ventilation. Here in Vadodara we have to leave 7' margin.

Carpet area can be used upto 1100 sq feet.
