THE ESTIMATOR IN THIS PORTAL IS A VERY USEFUL TOOL WHICH CAN ENABLE A PERSON TO CORRECTLY ASSESS HIS FINANCE POSITION AND BUDGET BEFORE COMMENCING WITH A PROJECT.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE RATES GENERATED BY THE UTILITY FOR ITEMS LIKE STEEL,CEMENT, SAND ETC ARE THE CURRENT PREVAILING MARKET RATES OR ARE GENERAL IN NATURE. IN OTHER WORDS HOW MUCH WILL THE FINAL COST VARY IN PERCENTAGE TERMS. |
