Dear Mr Jag,
To start lets describe your problem better.
Is this in whole house or in specific parts. The Location of dampness affected areas in terms of being adjacent to Bathroom / Kitchen. How old is the problem and degree of dampness. Is there any fungus visible in the damp walls. Picture of the affected area.
These are preliminary starting points.
