Need Ghar Expert Advise...

What will be average per sq foot cost for premium work (not luxury)
Very helpful if stagewie percentage / cost can be given

With so much info on website and internet, and all vendors giving diff rates, even for same work. i am getting totally confused.

As i have taken a decision to give on labour contract instead of full contract, so estimates will help me in managing vendors. I wanted to know about stagewise APPROX. pricing for my duplex house construction as per todays market (not old data as given in most websites)

Foundation : which type, Not sure, please suggest
Floor : Marbel (Good Quality, Not Very Premium)
Window/Doors : Wood / UPVC / Big Window glass
Superstructure: RCC decent required for a duplex
Paint : Good
DPC & Pest Control
Modular Cabinets in all rooms (good quality)
Toilets : Decent premium quality
Stairs : Granite, glass, SS
Roof : False Ceiling light / POP
Tanks (ST, SP, WT)
Summersable / Jet Pump
Electrical / Plumbing - Premium Decent Quality
modular kitchen - big good quality
1 house hall : home office setup (250 sq ft approx)
Good front elevation

      It is good if you construct your dream house on labor rate by arranging material. For stage wise you should get detail estimate for this which will helpfull to you. See the link below

Join date: May 2014		The good quality work will cost you around 1200/Sq.ft. all inclusive in good material. Luxurious work can cost you around 1500/Sq.ft. Contact the team for more details.
