Need advice to remove the visible beam in bedroom area

I have attached the structural drawing of my house and need your advice to replace the visible beam with the hidden beam which is visible in my bedroom area.

There is a 19 feet long beam (as shown in the attached images) on each floor which is visible in bedroom on Ground and First fllor. I have added a 9" brick wall in the basement below the 19 feet long beam. On Ground and first floor we have changed the placement of wall and also made it 4.5" brick wall. So can replace the visible beam [B3]  with [CB1] on ground, first and second floor.
