|  Topic: Time and Cost Estimate request for modification work
Greetings!
I have a villa with a built-up area of about 3,600 sq ft (GF & FF) on a 4,800 sq ft plot, 80' Width x 60' Depth, with a two car garage of size 15'6" x 15' 6" and an open terrace on top of the garage.
Now, I would like to make the main door entry to the garage location and make that area as a formal living and build a new room of approx size 15' x 20' on top of it, converting the existing open terrace area. As this modification work involves construction of possibly new columns, beams, a roof, windows and such other related tasks, I was wondering if the experts in this forum (which is extremely informative, by the way, thanks to all the contributors on this forum) would give me an idea and a high level estimate as to what it would take in terms of time for completion and the costs involved.
Any other tips and pointers will be much appreciated including references of good, reliable civil contractors for execution of the work (modification) to the house situated in the Whitefield Suburbs of Bangalore.

The problem can be solve after seeing the original plan of the building and the modified plan after the purposed addition and alteration.As explained by Sh Navneet Jharia you should take local help which is more beneficial to you.You may contact at
