Vastu for an apartment -- help required!!!

 Topic: Vastu for an apartment -- help required!!!
Hi,

for the part one mont or so we've been looking for new apartments for purchase ( vastu compliant apartments). we found this one apartment tht is really good.

Kitchen -- South-east
Master Bedroom -- South-west
Guest Bedroom -- North West
Toilets -- West
Puja Room -- East
House Entrance -- East

the flat is in the 4th floor of the building

but we found out tht the borewell is in the south-east corner. when we asked the owner about this he told us that they couldn't get a borewell point in the north-east and so they had to dig a borewell in the south-east. as an remedy for this they have constructed an underground tank in the north east corner of the apartment. the water from the borewell is not given to the flats directly but is given to the underground tank(north-east). and each of the flats receives water only from the underground tank(north-east)...NOT from the south-east borewell...

so, can i go ahead and buy this flat?? will the borewell in the south-east cause any problem even if we're not getting any water from it directly?? will buying a falt in the higher floor reduce the ill-effects( if any)???

Vasthu is all about science.

 

Generally people will dig bore /well in the North East corner because from bore/Well some gases will be release. 80 to 90 % wind will flow from southwest (Nairuthi) to northeast (eshan). So Gases will go out of house instead of getting in to the house. If gases release from bore, enter in to house then it will show ill effect on the people living in that house.

 

I have given you a scientific reason behind it. Its all up to you to take decision.
