 Topic: duplex flat
Dear All,
              Namaste! I recently bought a 2BHK flat in an apartment & my brother bought the same 2BHK flat,i hv it on 2nd floor & he has it on 1st floor,so now we are planning to convert it into a Duplex flat.
Details:
Flat # 1) 2BHK 1065 SFT
Flat # 2) 2BHK 1065 SFT

Total: 2130 sft.
Please give ur valuable suggestions & advice.
