i want to build a house in 1200 sq ft (20 *60) ground flr 600/700 1or 2 BHK first flr 1100 sq ft 2 bhk second flr 1 room with attached bath connected inside from i floor. can anyone draw a plan for me . How much it wll cost for the drawings Regards Lakshman
