• Water supply and sanitary ware details.
• Bill of quantities for the whole work.

4. Structural Services:
 
This service will include the following:                       
• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.
• Preparation of detail estimate for the whole building.
