hello sir/mam

i am attaching my already constructed house plan with file 1..

i have a plot size of 30widthx50depth south facing.30widthx24depth is
available in front side  in back side 2 room,1 hall,1 lat bath and
stairs already made.now i want to make 2 room kitchen and 1 lat bath,
with proper ventilation and vastu.kindly guide me.

and i dont want to make first floor on the basis of ground floor..if walls of first floor does not line above the ground floor then what i have to do for safety.kindly explain me.
