Dear Sir / Mam,
 I am constructing my 3 storey commercial building  for rental purpose in bangalore. The construction area is 36 ft x 22 ft. I an attching the plan of ground floor,(4 stop, 1 stair case ,1 attach bath room) 1 floor and 2 floor enteral area will be office.please suggest me the orintation of coloum and dimension of coloum (structual details) and estimated cost.

location of columns can not given randomly it is risky. please consult structural engineer who will decied the design after checking the strata of the plot.
