Topic: Construct a sump / basement water tank in drawing / living room

Hello,

I'm planning to dig a sump in my living room and my house and my house is Ground+1+1 actually, which has 4 and 1/2 foot couse foundation of 9ft (don't know what is couse foundation).

Needs some advise and tips for digging / constructing sump in my living room. There is one sump for 2000 liters outside of the house just attached to the building wall to the NE corner of the house.

Is it a good idea to construct a sump in my living room. Would that affect the building foundation? Any other things to consider please?
