Lay the conduit pipes on steel bars and also lay the fan hook box connected with the conduit pipe. 4. Lay the concrete in slab.

Dear sir, Meanwhile, I called the electrician, he also informed me same facts that at the time of shuttering, he will come and fix the fan boxes with conduit pipes in all the rooms wherever fans are required. Now I am in the process of selecting a shuttering wala who will do the shuttering along with `Latak` beams. Than a mistry who can put the JAAL of 12 mm bars with 6 x 6 spacing. I intend to have some flat hidden beam in slab wherever span is more than 10 ft (like 14 or 18 ft) . Whether this flat hidden beams (4x7) should be of 12 mm or 16 mm bars, I am mulling over the issue. Than I intend to engage a ready mix manufacturer who can provide me M 20 grade concrete with pump etc. Thanks for your comments /suggestions. Please let me know, whether these services are provided by Gharexpert.com regards, SCK

Thanks, now when I am using 16 mm bars for flat hidden beam to reduce the span, can I use 12mm & 10 mm bars for 6 x 6 Jaal. I hope it won't compromise the structure strength. I can increase concrete grade from M 20 to M 25. I hope the weight per cu meter of M 20 & M 25 are approximately same. I understand 1 cu m of M 25 concrete weighs 2550 kg.

They want 100 % advance. Is it industry practice to take 100 % advance before supplying the RM regards, SCK

Dear SL Gupta Ji,
I am constructing a new house, conduiting for electrical cables are laid
I need your help to answer mentioned queries:-
1) How much "mm" cable should be laid for normal (5-10 AMP) connections & power (10-20 AMP) connections, what's their exact specification.
2)Which brand is best - Finolex, RR Kabel, polycab?
3) At what stage should i involve laying of necessary cabling for AC (split).
Kindly advise.
