AC Copper and Electrical conduits in False Ceiling

Topic: AC Copper and Electrical conduits in False Ceiling

Are there any precautions to be taken while laying the AC copper pipes and Electrical conduit pipes in the false ceiling, like:

1. Can they touch each other at some points esp beam area. Yes, electrical wires will be in conduit and the AC pipes would be well insulated, still any issue?

2. Can either be on top of each other, any issue?

Any other advise form your side?

Would be nice to hear back form the experts
