Hi All

Which is the best option to put the RCC roof slap after constructing the exterior walls or before constructing the exterior walls.

Abhishek Garg (Builder & Engineer) Join date: Apr 2013	Dear Ilias: Both the practices are prevalent in the construction industry. While for commercial construction, usually the RCC structure is completed first and brickwork done later; for residential construction, the load bearing walls are simultaneously erected along with the columns upto the roof level.

Purvi Panchal Join date: Aug 2012	Mr Abhishek is right. both walls and column should be eracted simultaniusly. then roof should be casted
