Hello, I am at an important cross-roads of my life. I took a decision to buy a site and construct a house rather than buying a flat (though i welcome any criticism or bouquets) in Bangalore. I am not able to decide if buying a BBMP (rather BMP) site is better than buying a BDA site? I have my reasons. BBMP site is cheaper and you may have more flexibility during construction and other regulatory costs will be relatively cheaper when compared with BDA site. I request the experts to please help me with this decision. Thanks in advance. |
