I have always been wondering what could be done while constructing homes so that we spend less on our electricity bills and save other forms of energy just by using efficient designs.

Would like to use this forum to invite suggestions/comments

When we are in a process to build a new showcase with proper lighting, we should use the fog lights that helps to scatter the light to the near by areas. These fog lights will help to reduce the number of lights i.e. one fog light can fulfill the requirement of 3 to 4 fog lights.

1. Solar Panel Energy

2. Energy saving light bulb low wattage coil tube.

3. Place Windows in right location of the wall to bring in skylight. Have to think about washroom window.

4. Having proper ventilation hole. (Above doorway). cuts down on fan and and air conditioning.

5.Paying attention when buying fridge, stove, dish washing machine, microwave oven, washing machine, drying machine, air conditioner, television, computer, stereo sound system.  Read the Energy saving label.
