Architectural service of the house which includes the following:

• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.

C. Detailed cost estimate It is a step by step calculation of the material and labor required to complete a construction project. This document is prepared after analyzing the architectural plan of the building and has all details about the cost and material involved. For example, it will give you the exact quantity of cement bags, bricks, sand, steel and other raw material required and the prices in your area.

Only a plan is never sufficient for building a house.. many contractors does it but they are nt creative enough to design an inch of a space... u need full set of drawings i.e all floor plans. elevations, sections, electrical plan, plumbing plan, flooring plan , false ceiling plan, staircase detail, railing detail. door windows detail, boundary wall detail, gate design ,landscape plan etc etc...... If you wish to spend good amount of money on constructing your house then there is no harm spending 1% of your cost on hiring an architect.atleast your house will come out to be a tasteful one. u can hire our services. contact us at: architectsera@gmail.com | | |
