I have a bungalow in which I stay presently size 1200 sq.ft. area. I want to build the first floor comprising of 3 rooms and leave some vacant place (size of a room. What should be the building cost estimate. Please note i assume there will be no foundation cost.

         The rate of construction is around 1000-00 to 1500-00 per sqft according to specification used in construction.
