 Topic: reg plan for 1200 sq.ft.

 I am owning 1200 sq .ft  (20X60) north facing plot.

I want to constuct app.750 sq.ft . (1BHK) ground floor and 1000 sq.f.t  first floor (2 or  3 BHK)  . I need a plan fully vaastu complied for the same,
