 Topic: I have constructed my house thru one of local contrctr at the rate of 1300 per s
I have constructed my house thru one of local contrctr at the rate of 1300 per sq ft. i am not aware that how the settlement calculation finaly, the contractor telling the built in area is 1022 and showing some other calculations like the extention of portigo, roof side etc.. not sure wot are all come in to account. please advice

          You should measure length and width of the building for built up area. Apart from this if any thing extra than settle this with contractor as per your agreement. It is better take help from any local engineer of your city or town.

Join date: May 2014		Measure the Lantel only and pay him as per the rate finalized. Everything would be included in it.
