Leakage question.There is leakage in the floor below my bathroom. From the apartment below, I can see water droplets in a small patch (area 2ftx2ft)I believe water is seeping through the cracks in the tile. I got grouting done but still problem not solved.We called a civil engg and contractor, who suggested that he will fix it by putting some liquid sealant between the tiles.Cost he is quoting is Rs10000/-I have few questions:* Is this a correct way to fix this and a long term solution?* What liquid sealant he is putting? * Is the cost correct? |
