 Topic: New GreaterAndhra rule

I have started constructing my house in Secunderabad. I am done with the foundation and have been waiting for the planning permit. 

But I am having a concern regarding a particular issue with the planning permit.According to the new government rules, they have asked us to assign 10% of the land in the name of the government ????

I previously thought this rule only applied to apartments. Is this new rule prevailing elsewhere ??? Please confirm this !

            It is better if you consult any local architect or confirm the rules for the municipal body of your city or area.
