Topic: Project cost for a hostel

We want to construct a hostel with 2500sqft covered area on a land area of 3000 sqft.

We are planning to construct two halls, two rooms with attach toilets on Ground Floor & 10 rooms (5+5 in two rows) with attach toilets and one gallery in midway on First floor.

Please suggest us detailed cost for construction upto finishing.

Can you suggest any reliable contractor/ builder for the same in Lucknow city.
